Matt Kalish is the Co-Founder and President of DraftKings.
He started his career in 2004, holding various analytical and managerial roles at Fidelity Investments, Microsoft, and Capital One. In 2011, he co-founded DraftKings, where he initially headed the commercial strategy as Chief Revenue Officer.
Since November 2025, he has served as the CEO of HardScope, a platform dedicated to influencer collaborations. Furthermore, throughout 2024 and 2025, he held a key role in the asset restructuring of FaZe Clan as a member of the FaZe Media Board of Directors.
In his current position, Matt oversees business development in the North American market. Under his guidance, DraftKings transitioned from a niche daily fantasy sports startup into a global leader in sports betting and online casino operations.
Beyond his work at DraftKings, Matt Kalish is deeply involved in media and influencer-centric ventures.
