Sandra Douglass Morgan

Sandra Douglass Morgan is the President of the Las Vegas Raiders, an attorney and gaming regulation expert.

She started her career in 2005 as a litigation attorney for MGM Resorts International. Later, Sandra served as the City Attorney for North Las Vegas.

Sandra Douglass Morgan has also worked in Nevada’s state regulatory bodies. First, she was a commissioner on the Nevada Gaming Commission. From 2019 to 2020, she headed the Nevada Gaming Control Board. She also worked at Caesars Entertainment, where she held a seat on the Board of Directors.

Since 2022, as President of the NFL franchise, Sandra has been responsible for the strategic leadership and daily operations. She also serves as an independent director on the boards of major corporations, including Allegiant and Fidelity National Financial.
