Paul Liberman

Paul Liberman is the President of Operations at DraftKings.

He began his career in 2003 as an engineer at Analog Devices. Later, he spent over six years at VistaPrint, holding leadership positions where he developed expertise in web analytics and strategy.

In 2012, he co-founded DraftKings, laying the technological foundation for a market leader.

During his thirteen years with the company, Lieberman has held several key C-suite roles, including CTO, CMO, and Chief Operations Officer.

Until January 2026, he also led the Global Product and Technology division, where he was responsible for infrastructure scaling and enhancing the user interface.

Lieberman’s contributions to the industry have been widely recognized by experts. The technological solutions implemented under his leadership have enabled the company to secure exclusive partnerships with major sports leagues, including the NFL, NHL, and UFC.
