Tom Reeg

Tom Reeg is the CEO of Caesars Entertainment.

He began his professional career as a financial analyst at Bank One Capital Markets, specializing in the casino and hospitality sectors. He later served as Managing Director at AIG Global Investment Group and co-founded the investment firm Newport Global Advisors.

As CEO, he was the key architect of the historic merger between Eldorado Resorts and Caesars Entertainment in 2020. His journey with the company began in 2007 as a member of the Board of Managers, followed by positions as Vice President of Strategic Development and President.

Under his leadership, the corporation completed a series of large-scale deals, including the acquisitions of Isle of Capri Casinos and Circus Circus Reno.

Thanks to Reeg’s strategy, the company successfully underwent a digital transformation, launching the Caesars Sportsbook platform in 2021. His success in M&A (mergers and acquisitions) and effective business scaling in the online gambling market are regularly highlighted by leading industry publications, and Tom himself is consistently ranked among the most influential executives in the U.S. gaming industry.
