Anthony Carano

Anthony Carano is the President and COO of Caesars Entertainment.

He began his career at the law firm McDonald Carano Wilson, LLP, specializing in gaming and regulatory law. In 2014, he transitioned to the corporate sector, taking the role of Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Eldorado Resorts.

In his current position, he is responsible for the operations of the Caesars, Harrah’s, Horseshoe, and Eldorado brands, leading the combined entity following the major merger in 2020.

Under Carano’s leadership, Caesars Entertainment has significantly expanded its digital footprint, including the scaling of the Caesars Sportsbook mobile app and the development of betting infrastructure across new states.

Carano has been frequently recognized in the "Operator of the Year" rankings by the Global Gaming Awards. Beyond his corporate responsibilities, he actively supports regional sports development as a member of the Board of Directors for the University of Nevada Athletic Association.
