Daisy Ho is the Chairman and Executive Director of SJM Holdings.
She graduated from the University of Toronto and earned an MBA from St. John's University. She began her career at Shun Tak Holdings, where she currently holds the positions of Deputy Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer.
In 2018, Ho was appointed as the Chairman of the Board of SJM Holdings. In March 2019, she officially joined the company's Board of Directors. Under her leadership, the Grand Lisboa Palace resort in Cotai opened in July 2021, featuring nearly 2,000 hotel rooms, conference facilities, and gaming areas.
At the end of 2022, under Ho’s management, the company secured a new ten-year gaming license in Macau, which came into effect on January 1, 2023. Beyond the gaming sector, Ho serves as the Chairman of the Hong Kong Ballet, Vice Chairman of the charity organization Po Leung Kuk, and Honorary Vice President of the Hong Kong Girl Guides Association. She is also a member of the Advisory Board of the Rotman School of Management and heads the University of Toronto (Hong Kong) Foundation.
