Experience and Background

• At least 5 years of experience in roles with broad operational or project responsibilities.
• Proven experience working with business owners or company founders.
• Experience coordinating multiple directions or teams simultaneously.
• Experience in completing tasks without clear technical assignments.

AI, Automation, and Tools

• Active use of AI tools in daily work — ChatGPT, Claude, or equivalents.
• Ability to automate routine processes using no-code or AI tools.
• Experience in implementing automations.
• Confident work with task trackers (Worksection, Notion, or equivalents).
• Proficient in Google Workspace — Docs, Sheets, and Slides.

Business Understanding

• Basic understanding of financial metrics: P&L, margin, unit economics.
• Ability to read operational reports and draw conclusions based on them.
• Understanding of how business operates at the level of structure, processes, and people.

Would be an advantage

• Experience in iGaming, fintech, affiliate marketing, or digital sectors.
• Experience in a company's holding structure.
• Background in consulting or strategic project management.

This is the role of a specialist who is located between the business owner and the operational activities and ensures that strategic decisions are turned into results without the owner's personal involvement at every stage.

You will work with tasks formulated at the goal level, without a detailed description of steps, and independently bring them to a specific result. Monitor task execution, maintain focus on priorities, and escalate to the CEO only those issues that truly require his attention. You will coordinate holding company executives on behalf of the owner.

We do not have a ready-made instruction for this role. There is an owner with high standards, fast work pace, and direct, open communication. And there is room for someone who can work in such an environment—not just adapt, but consistently achieve results and increase the holding's operational efficiency.

What you will do:

• Monitor the CEO's task execution without his direct involvement—drive them to completion, address operational issues, and escalate only those cases that truly require his involvement.
• Take one-time assignments with roughly formulated goals and independently bring them to completion.
• Coordinate holding company executives.
• Prepare summaries, analytics, and reports upon request.
• Filter incoming requests to the CEO and determine which ones require his personal attention.
