FBM PAY

[FBM] PAY is a service for issuing virtual cards for traffic arbitrage.

The cost of issuing a card ranges from 0 to 3 USD. The minimum top-up amount is 500 USD. The top-up fee varies from 2% to 4.5%, depending on the selected plan. The system offers more than 30 BINs from the USA, Hong Kong, and Singapore.

[FBM] PAY provides several pricing tiers that differ based on top-up volume and conditions:

• Start — top-up volume from 0 to 20,000 USD, top-up fee 4.5%, card cost 2–3 USD;
• Basic — top-up volume from 20,001 to 50,000 USD, top-up fee 4%, card cost 2–3 USD;
• Advanced — top-up volume from 50,001 to 100,000 USD, top-up fee 3.5%, card cost 2–3 USD;
• Pro — top-up volume from 100,001 to 250,000 USD, top-up fee 3%, card cost 1.5 USD;
• Enterprise — top-up volume from 250,001 to 500,000 USD, top-up fee 2.8%, card cost 1.5 USD;
• Elite — top-up volume from 500,001 to 1,000,000 USD, top-up fee 2.5%, card issuance is free;
• Private — top-up volume over 1,000,001 USD, top-up fee 2%, card issuance is free.
