The Ukrainian media buying team Devils was founded in 2019 by Alexander Slobozhenko. At the time of its founding, the company had 20 employees, and by early 2025, Devils employs over 1,000 people, with offices in Ukraine and Poland.

The company consists of more than 30 media buying teams worldwide.

Devils specializes in traffic arbitrage in the iGaming, Dating, Finance, and Nutra verticals. It works with Facebook, PPC, ASO, ASA, SEO, UAC, and In-App traffic sources.

In March 2024, Devils launched an SEO division, but after 8 months of operation, the company decided to change the model, continuing to test new strategies to achieve better results.
