VALUT.NET Open

VALUT.NET is a payment service for issuing virtual cards for traffic arbitrage and advertising payments across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads.

Users can create up to 10 virtual cards for free. The minimum first top-up amount is 2,500 RUB, with subsequent top-ups starting from 500 RUB. For other currencies, the minimum limit is 25 USD for the first top-up and 1 USD for subsequent ones.

Account balance replenishment comes with a 5.6% fee, or 5% when using cryptocurrency (USDT, TRC20 network). VALUT.NET cards are issued with BINs from the USA, Hong Kong, and the United Kingdom.

Each transaction has a fixed fee of 0.3 USD. All cards support 3D Secure technology.

Decline rate impact:

• 0–14% — standard conditions;
• 15–24% — new card issuance becomes more expensive;
• 25–34% — wallet top-up fee increases;
• 35% and above — card issuance and closure are suspended for at least 14 days, and the account may be temporarily blocked.
