Webscard

The service has ceased operations since September 2024. Webscard is a payment service that provides virtual cards for arbitrage traffic in the iGaming niche and payment for international advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads. Founded in 2022, the service offers users MasterCard and Visa cards linked to the US dollar, allowing transactions to be made without maintenance fees. Card top-ups are available through USDT, SEPA, and bank transfers, with a minimum amount of $25. The top-up fee is 4% when using USDT and 3.5% for bank transfers. The card BINs are issued in the UK and Hong Kong. The service supports 3D Secure for additional transaction protection. Virtual card issuance is free of charge. Currently, Webscard is undergoing a mandatory audit initiated by a partner bank and international financial institutions to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) standards. As a result, all operations, including registering new users and financial transactions, are suspended.
