Requirements

  • Experience working with one of the traffic distribution systems (TDS) such as Keitaro, Voluum, AdsBridge, Binom;
  • Successful cases of cooperation with Ad Networks/platforms such as PropellerAds, Kadam, ExoClick, TrafficStarts, Adsterra, etc.;
  • Experience negotiating flat-deals, providing favorable advertising placement conditions;
  • Understanding of basic metrics and terminology of Ad Networks such as SmartBid, RTB, CPM, CPA, CPR, White/Black lists, eCPM, CTR, EPC, etc.;
  • Experience in purchasing traffic for direct links, PWA applications, and APK;
  • Experience in creating creatives, understanding effective CTAs, visuals, ad copy texts;
  • Experience working with LATAM markets (especially Chile) would be a big plus;
  • Experience managing large monthly budgets ($20,000+).

Responsibilities

  • Launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns through Ad Networks and platforms (e.g. PropellerAds, ExoClick, Adsterra, etc.);
  • Configure and work with traffic distribution systems (Keitaro, Voluum, Binom, AdsBridge) for tracking, distribution, and traffic optimization;
  • Manage various types of traffic, including popunder, push, native, and interstitial formats;
  • Track and analyze key metrics (CPM, CPA, CPR, CTR, ATPU, ROMI, etc.), ensuring continuous improvement of results;
  • Create and manage white/black lists, optimizing placements and sources for better ROMI;
  • Negotiate and conclude flat-deals with advertising networks and publishers, ensuring favorable rates and quality placements;
  • Develop and test creatives (visuals, CTA, ad copy) adapted for different products and formats;
  • Conduct A/B tests for creatives, landing pages, and funnels to maximize conversions;
  • Manage and allocate monthly budgets of $20,000+, ensuring efficiency and profitability;
  • Research and analyze market trends and audiences with a focus on LATAM markets (with priority on Chile);
  • Prepare regular reports and share performance insights.
