User Agreement of the AFFCatalog platform

1. General Provisions

1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter - "Agreement") regulates the terms of use of the AFFCatalog information platform (hereinafter - "Platform"), located on the Internet at https://affcatalog.com/.

1.2. The Platform is an online information resource designed to familiarize users with openly available information about companies, teams, key persons, events, initiatives, products, and services.

1.3. Use of the Platform means full and unconditional consent of the User to this Agreement and the Privacy Policy posted at the link: https://affcatalog.com/en/privacy-policy/.

2. Source and nature of information

2.1. All information posted on the Platform, including information about companies, teams, participants, initiatives, and events, is collected exclusively from open and publicly available sources, such as official websites, press, public databases, professional and public profiles in social media, and specialized professional platforms.

2.2. The Platform does not modify or edit the content of the sources, except for bringing it to a standardized display format.

2.3. If you find inaccurate, outdated, or incorrect information on the Platform, you may request the Platform Administration to update it by sending an e-mail to: [email protected].

3. Use of the Platform

3.6. The Platform Administration has the right to temporarily block or delete the user's account in case of violation of the terms of this Agreement or in case of necessity to ensure the security and legality of the Platform operation.

4. Status and role of the Platform

4.1. The Platform is not a party to any legal relations that may arise between users or other persons based on the information posted on the Platform.

4.2. The Platform does not charge any party for access to the posted information or establishment of contacts between users.

4.3. All possible interactions, communications, transactions, and other actions between the users of the Platform are carried out independently and at their own risk.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All materials placed on the Platform and related to its functionality and content (including, but not limited to, texts, catalog structure, program code, selection and formatting of information, design elements, images, icons, descriptions) are the objects of intellectual property of the Platform and are protected by the applicable legislation on copyright and related rights.

5.2. Placement of the mentioned materials on the Platform does not mean transfer of any exclusive or non-exclusive rights to the Platform users. 6. Limitation of liability

6.1 The Platform shall not be responsible for:

(3) technical failures, interruptions, errors, or other malfunctions of the Platform;

(4) decisions made by the user based on information obtained through the Platform, including the consequences of such decisions;

8. Final provisions

8.1. The Platform Administration reserves the right to change this Agreement at any time without prior notice. The updated version of the Agreement will be published on the Platform and will come into force from the moment of publication.

8.2. Continued use of the Platform after the changes are made means the unconditional consent of the User to the updated terms of the Agreement. The User undertakes to independently monitor the relevance of the terms and conditions of the Agreement by regularly reviewing the latest versions on the Platform. In case of disagreement with the changes made, the User is obliged to stop using the Platform. The Platform Administration shall not be liable for any consequences resulting from the User's ignoring updates and continuing to use the Platform.

8.3. The Platform Administration may at any time terminate or suspend the user's access to the Platform in case of violation of this Agreement or the law. All provisions on intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and other provisions shall remain in force even after termination of access. The Platform Administration shall not be liable for any consequences of such termination.
